In short
We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and load no third-party tracking scripts — which is why there is no consent banner. Our hosting platform may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site securely. If we ever add measurement, we will ask for your consent first.
This summary is for orientation only. The numbered clauses below are the terms that apply, and they prevail wherever the summary is shorter than they are.
2.What this website actually uses
The short answer
This website sets no analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling cookies, and there is no third-party tracking script anywhere on it. That is why you are not being shown a consent banner: there is currently nothing to consent to.
Specifically, as at the date of this policy:
- We run no web analytics product. We do not use Google Analytics, and we do not measure you across pages or across visits.
- We run no advertising, remarketing or conversion pixels. There is no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Google Ads tag.
- We store nothing in your browser’s local storage or session storage.
- We do not fingerprint your device, and we do not buy or build advertising profiles.
- The fonts this site uses are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own domain, so loading a page sends no request to Google Fonts and sets no Google cookie.
- The video on our home page is hosted by us, not embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, so it sets no third-party cookie.
- Our social media links are ordinary links. Nothing from those platforms is embedded in our pages, so nothing from them runs until you choose to click through.
The practical effect is that, for an ordinary visit, the information we hold about you is the server log described under what we collect in our Privacy Policy — not a cookie-based record of your behaviour.
3.Cookies our infrastructure may set
This site is served through a hosting and content delivery platform. Platforms of this kind may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to route a request to the right server, to keep a session consistent, to balance load, or to mitigate an attack.
| Type | Purpose | Typical lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Routing / load balancing | Keeps your requests going to a consistent server during a visit | Session — deleted when you close the browser |
| Security and abuse mitigation | Distinguishes ordinary traffic from automated abuse and denial-of-service attempts | Session, or a short period |
These are strictly necessary: the site cannot be delivered securely without them, they carry no marketing function, and they are not used to build a profile of you. Under both the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, cookies strictly necessary to provide a service the user has requested do not require prior consent.
4.The categories, and what we would do before using them
We expect to add measurement at some point, because we cannot improve a site we cannot see being used. So that you know where you would stand, here is how we classify cookies and what each category would trigger:
| Category | What it does | Consent needed? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Delivers the site, keeps it secure, remembers your cookie choices | No — exempt, but we still disclose it here |
| Preference | Remembers a choice you made, such as a language | Yes, unless you asked for the feature |
| Analytics and performance | Counts visits and measures which pages are useful | Yes — opt-in, off until you agree |
| Marketing and advertising | Tracks across sites to target or measure advertising | Yes — opt-in, and we have no present plan to use these |
If we introduce anything beyond the strictly necessary category, we will publish a consent notice on your first visit that lets you accept or reject each non-essential category separately, refuse as easily as accept, and change your mind later. Non-essential cookies will not be set before you agree, and we will update this page and its date before, not after, the change goes live.
5.The chat assistant
The AI assistant does not set a cookie and does not persist your conversation in your browser between visits. What it does do is send the text of your messages to our AI provider outside Bangladesh so that a reply can be generated. That is a data transfer rather than a cookie, and it is explained in the AI assistant and international transfer sections of our Privacy Policy.
6.How to control cookies yourself
Your browser gives you the final say, whatever any website asks for. You can block cookies, delete the ones already stored, allow only first-party cookies, or browse in a private window.
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies, and “Delete browsing data”.
- Safari — Settings → Privacy, including “Prevent cross-site tracking”; on iOS, Settings → Apps → Safari.
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data, and Enhanced Tracking Protection.
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions, and “Tracking prevention”.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this or any other site from working properly. Because we use no analytics or advertising cookies, blocking those categories will not change anything about how this site behaves for you.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one. There is no industry consensus on “Do Not Track”, but since we run no tracking, the point does not arise in practice.
7.Your rights, and the law behind this page
Where a cookie holds or generates information that identifies you, that information is personal data and the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 applies to it. You then hold the rights set out in our Privacy Policy — to ask what we hold, to have it corrected or erased, and to withdraw any consent you gave.
If you are in the United Kingdom, regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 additionally requires your consent before anything that is not strictly necessary is stored on or read from your device, and the UK GDPR governs the personal data that results.
8.Changes to this policy
We will update this page whenever we add, remove or change a cookie or a similar technology, and the date at the top will tell you when that happened. Where a change introduces a category that needs consent, we will ask for it before the change takes effect rather than relying on the updated date.
