Terms of Use

These terms set out the basis on which you may use the Global 360 Ventures Group website. They cover what you may do with what we publish, what we promise and what we do not, and where a dispute would be heard.

In short

Use this site for information and to get in touch. Our content stays ours, our ventures are at early stages so treat plans as plans, the AI assistant can be wrong, and nothing published here is an offer of investment. Bangladeshi law governs, and Dhaka courts have jurisdiction.

This summary is for orientation only. The numbered clauses below are the terms that apply, and they prevail wherever the summary is shorter than they are.

1.Who we are and what these terms cover

This website at https://www.global360ventures.com is operated by Global 360 Ventures Group (Global 360, we, us, our), a venture studio with its registered office at House 42, Road 4, Block D, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh, and a representative office at 102 Cobham Road, London E15 1LZ, United Kingdom.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and everything published on it — pages, text, images, video, diagrams, downloadable material, the enquiry forms and the AI assistant. They form a legally binding agreement between you and us from the moment you use the site.

They do not govern the products built by the ventures in our portfolio. Each venture publishes its own terms of service when it begins serving users, and those terms — not these — apply to the use of that product.

2.Acceptance, eligibility and capacity

By accessing this website you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Contract Act, 1872 to use the enquiry forms or to submit any information to us.
  • If you use this site on behalf of a company, fund, institution or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms, and references to “you” include it.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site is lawful in the country you are accessing it from. We make no representation that the site or its contents are appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction.

3.This website is informational

This site describes who we are, what we are building and how to reach us. It is published for general information and for people considering a commercial, partnership or investment relationship with us.

Nothing here is an offer

No page on this site is an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or subscribe for any security, share, unit or other investment, and nothing on it constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Our Investor Disclaimer sets this out in full and applies to every investor-facing page, document and form.

Submitting an enquiry, application or expression of interest through this site does not create any contract, partnership, employment relationship, joint venture or investment commitment between us. A relationship arises only when it is recorded in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised signatory of our company.

4.Venture stages and forward-looking statements

We are a venture studio. Our portfolio ventures sit at different stages — concept, design, development, prototype, MVP and early commercial preparation — and the site states the stage of each because that stage is material to how you should read everything else about it.

  • A described feature, module, integration or launch date may be planned rather than built, and plans change.
  • Roadmaps, timelines and target markets are intentions at the date of publication, not commitments.
  • Statements about future growth, revenue, users, funding or expansion are forward-looking. They rest on assumptions that may prove wrong, and actual outcomes may differ materially.
  • Market figures, demographics and sector sizes are attributed to their published sources. We reproduce them in good faith but have not independently audited them, and the underlying publisher may revise them.

We do not undertake to update any forward-looking statement to reflect events after the date it was published, except where the law requires it.

5.Your licence to use this site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access this site and to view, download and print its content for your own information, for internal business evaluation, or for a bona fide press or academic purpose with attribution.

This licence does not transfer any ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.What you must not do

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, sub-licence or commercially exploit any part of this site except as the licence above allows;
  • use any automated system — crawler, scraper, bot or harvesting tool — to extract content or contact details from this site at a scale or rate that burdens our infrastructure, or in breach of our robots directives;
  • use content from this site to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model without our prior written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security;
  • introduce any virus, worm, logic bomb, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or attempt any denial-of-service attack;
  • submit information that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or that impersonates another person or organisation;
  • use the enquiry forms or the AI assistant to transmit unsolicited commercial messages, or to submit another person’s personal data without a lawful basis for doing so;
  • use any of our trade marks, logos or brand assets in a way that suggests an endorsement, affiliation or partnership that does not exist;
  • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.

Some of the conduct listed above is a criminal offence in Bangladesh under the Cyber Security Ordinance, 2025 and the Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006. We report material incidents to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.

7.Intellectual property

All content on this website — including its text, design, layout, graphics, diagrams, photographs, video, source code and the selection and arrangement of all of it — is owned by or licensed to Global 360 Ventures Group and is protected by the Copyright Act, 2023, the Trademarks Act, 2009 and applicable international treaties.

The names Global 360, Global 360 Ventures, Global 360 Ventures Group, the 360 device, and the names and marks of our portfolio ventures — including Voice360, Build360, Beyond Life 360, Invest360, Bazar360, Rent360, Task360 and Transport360 — are our trade marks, whether registered or unregistered. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use them.

Third-party names, marks and logos that appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

If you believe your rights have been infringed

Write to info@global360ventures.com identifying the work, the URL where it appears, the basis of your claim and your contact details. We investigate every notice and remove infringing material where the claim is made out.

8.Information and feedback you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of everything you submit through this site, including anything you upload to an application form. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.

Personal data you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. Confidential business information should not be sent through a web form; ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.

If you send us unsolicited ideas, suggestions or feedback about our ventures or this site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and irrevocable licence to use them without restriction, acknowledgement or compensation. We do not accept unsolicited business proposals in confidence, and submitting one creates no obligation of confidentiality on our part.

9.The AI assistant

This site provides an AI chat assistant to help you find information about our company and our ventures. It is a convenience feature, and you should treat it accordingly.

  • Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Where it disagrees with a page on this site or with a signed document, the page or document governs.
  • It does not give investment, legal, financial, tax, employment or technical advice, and no answer it gives creates any commitment on our part.
  • It is not a substitute for speaking to a person. For anything that matters, contact our team directly.
  • Do not enter passwords, financial account details, national identification numbers, health information or any other sensitive personal data into the chat.

Your messages are processed by a third-party AI provider outside Bangladesh in order to generate a reply. The AI assistant section of our Privacy Policy explains what is sent, to whom, and on what basis.

11.Availability and changes to the site

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or any part of the site — including any feature, page or the AI assistant — at any time and without notice, for maintenance, for security or for business reasons.

We may also restrict access to parts of the site, or to the whole of it, for any user who breaches these terms.

12.No warranty

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and undertakings that would otherwise be implied by statute, common law or custom.

In particular, we do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current, that the site will be free of errors, viruses or interruptions, or that any defect will be corrected. We take reasonable care in preparing what we publish, but content can go out of date between one review and the next.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.Limitation of liability

Subject to the No warranty clause above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for:

  • any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or opportunity;
  • any loss or corruption of data;
  • any indirect, special or consequential loss, however arising;
  • any loss arising from your reliance on content on this site, on an answer from the AI assistant, or on a third-party site we link to;
  • any investment decision taken on the basis of anything published here.

Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of this site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to BDT 10,000 (ten thousand Bangladeshi Taka).

14.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and our directors, officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of this site, or your infringement of any third party’s rights through your use of it.

15.Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you hold over it under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026. Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies this site uses. Both are incorporated into these terms by reference.

16.Suspension and termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to this site immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms. The clauses that by their nature survive termination continue to apply — Intellectual property, Information and feedback you send us, No warranty, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, General, and Governing law and jurisdiction.

17.Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the Last updated date at the top of it tells you when it changed. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page from time to time.

Where a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to highlight it rather than relying on the date alone.

18.General

  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this site.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Waiver. A delay or failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a group company or to a successor of our business.
  • No partnership. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture or employment relationship between you and us.
  • Third parties. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce them.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, hartal, civil disturbance, war, epidemic, power or telecommunications failure, or an act of government.

19.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to any conflict of laws rules.

The courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure below.

If you access this site from outside Bangladesh, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local law. Mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence are not affected by this clause.

20.How we resolve disputes

  1. 1Talk to us first. Write to info@global360ventures.com setting out the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge within 7 working days and try to resolve it within 30 days.
  2. 2Arbitration. A dispute not resolved within those 30 days may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 2001. The seat is Dhaka, the tribunal is a sole arbitrator agreed between the parties, and the language is English.
  3. 3Courts. Either party may still apply to the courts of Dhaka for urgent interim or injunctive relief at any time.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing a complaint to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection, or a data subject from complaining to the data protection authority, as those routes are described in our other policies.

21.Contact

Questions about these terms should go to Global 360 Ventures Group, House 42, Road 4, Block D, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh, or by email to info@global360ventures.com, or by telephone on +8801304064242.
